📦 Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Standard delivery is within 3 to 5 business days. Express delivery (2-3 business days) is available as an option at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship throughout Europe and to many countries worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. You can check available options at checkout.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free for purchases over €50 in mainland France. Below this amount, shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order in real time.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes! You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us. The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us at contactemyka@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you detailed instructions within 24 hours.
Are return shipping costs my responsibility?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error or a defective item.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are secure.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Our site uses an SSL protocol (HTTPS) and all payments are processed via PCI-DSS certified platforms.
👗 Products
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page contains a detailed size guide. Our hijabs are available in one size (approximately 180x70cm) or in specific formats depending on the model.
How do I care for my ZYNA hijab?
Most of our hijabs can be hand washed or machine washed at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Avoid tumble drying and iron at a low temperature. Specific instructions are on each product label.
Are the colors true to the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately. However, slight variations may exist depending on your screen settings. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.
