Shipping — Everything you need to know

At ZYNA, we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition. Here is all the information regarding shipping.

📦 Delivery times

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days
  • Express delivery: 1 to 2 business days (option available at checkout)
  • International delivery: 5 to 12 business days depending on destination

💰 Shipping costs

  • Free shipping for purchases over €50 in metropolitan France
  • Below €50: costs automatically calculated based on your address
  • Express delivery: surcharge calculated at the time of payment

🌍 Delivery zones

We deliver to the following countries:

  • Metropolitan France and overseas departments/territories
  • Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg
  • Rest of Europe (European Union)
  • International (contact us for destinations outside the EU)

📬 Order tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package in real-time via the link provided in this email.

If you have not received this email within 48 hours of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

🔄 Return policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: 14 days from receipt of the package
  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Sale or personalized items are not exchangeable or refundable

How to make a return?

  1. Contact us by email at contactemyka@gmail.com with your order number
  2. Indicate the reason for the return and the items concerned
  3. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
  4. Return the item in its original packaging
  5. The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the returned package

⚠️ Damaged or incorrect items

If you have received a defective item or one different from your order, please contact us immediately with supporting photos. We will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
